These Terms govern your use of the APEX Business Modernization OS platform operated by TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano, Baarerstrasse 87, 6300 Zug, Schweiz (CHE-272.196.618). By using the platform or subscribing to a bundle, you agree to these Terms.
The BMO-001 free diagnostic is offered as an assessment tool. Results are indicative only and do not constitute consulting advice or a guarantee of specific business outcomes. Up to 3 free assessments are provided per email address. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
Paid bundles (Ignite, Accelerate, Dominate) are monthly subscriptions billed in CHF via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via written notice to info@cesaranogilbert.com before your next billing date.
The specific deliverables, session cadence, and automation scope included in each bundle are as described on the platform at time of subscription. Timelines stated (e.g. "60–90 days to first results") are estimates based on typical engagement patterns and vary by client readiness and scope complexity. They do not constitute a guarantee.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the engagement. Client company data submitted via the diagnostic is processed confidentially and not disclosed to third parties (see Privacy Policy).
Diagnostic outputs, reports, and implementation playbooks delivered as part of a bundle engagement are licensed to the client for internal business use. The BMO-001 engine, platform software, and underlying methodologies remain the exclusive property of TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from use of the platform or subscription services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of domicile.
We may update these Terms. Active subscribers will be notified by email 14 days before material changes take effect.
